Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete the CSR I certification program within 10 weeks and provide exceptional support via chat, email, and phone
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction scores and service level agreements (SLAs), while documenting all interactions in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and drive product adoption through best practices
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of service experience, preferably in customer support or a call center environment
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
  • Self-motivated and focused on exceeding customer expectations
