Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete the CSR I certification program within 10 weeks and provide exceptional support via chat, email, and phone
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction scores and service level agreements (SLAs), while documenting all interactions in Salesforce
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and drive product adoption through best practices
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of service experience, preferably in customer support or a call center environment
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
- Self-motivated and focused on exceeding customer expectations
