Job Summary

- Provide support to end users as the first point of contact for questions and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Experience with software, eMARs, EHRs, or other healthcare-related technologies preferred
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
- Ability to work in a compliant remote environment
- Availability for a rotating on-call schedule
