A company is looking for an Associate Customer Support Representative in the Beauty sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service via phone, chat, and email
• Field troubleshooting questions regarding networking, hardware, and software services
• Train customers on software features and assist with data export and import

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in using Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior customer service experience
• Ability to work until 8 PM or later on weekdays
• Ability to be on call on weekends and holidays
