Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fulfillment Associate in Boston, MA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with internal/external customers, vendors, and jurisdictional agencies
• Perform document retrieval, preparation, execution, filings, and recordings at all jurisdictional levels
• Assist customers and vendors with order fulfillment and problem resolution while providing training on products and jurisdictional requirements

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited college/university and/or at least one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, commercial title/abstracting, and/or commercial banking preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to manage and prioritize demands from multiple sources
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
