Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer inquiries
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including telephone and email
- Gain knowledge of prescriptions, plans, products, services, and procedures relevant to the Line of Business
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or related industry
- Ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated internet knowledge and understanding of basic browser settings
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple software programs simultaneously
