Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer inquiries
  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including telephone and email
  • Gain knowledge of prescriptions, plans, products, services, and procedures relevant to the Line of Business
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or related industry
  • Ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated internet knowledge and understanding of basic browser settings
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple software programs simultaneously
