Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Support Representative (Beauty).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide superior customer service via phone, chat, and email
• Field troubleshooting questions and assist customers in utilizing software features
• Participate in departmental meetings and communicate customer issues to the team

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in using Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior technical support experience, ideally in the SaaS space
• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing support role
• Availability for weekend and holiday support on a rotating schedule
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
