Job Summary

Required Qualifications

- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) and fluency in Spanish
- Experience using modern support platforms such as Intercom or Zendesk
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekend shifts
