Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage incoming tickets to determine urgency and context, categorize the tickets, and gather pertinent information for troubleshooting
  • Answer frequently asked questions and redirect users to appropriate resource material
  • Assist cross-functional team members and escalate tickets as appropriate
Required Qualifications
  • One to two years experience in customer support for the software industry
  • Technical aptitude with experience in databases such as Postgres or MySQL and knowledge of SQL syntax
  • Experience with AWS Console, GitHub, and JIRA
  • Experience manipulating large data files through Linux command tools
  • Bachelor's Degree
