Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage incoming tickets to determine urgency and context, categorize the tickets, and gather pertinent information for troubleshooting
- Answer frequently asked questions and redirect users to appropriate resource material
- Assist cross-functional team members and escalate tickets as appropriate
Required Qualifications
- One to two years experience in customer support for the software industry
- Technical aptitude with experience in databases such as Postgres or MySQL and knowledge of SQL syntax
- Experience with AWS Console, GitHub, and JIRA
- Experience manipulating large data files through Linux command tools
- Bachelor's Degree
