Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage incoming tickets to determine urgency, categorize them, and gather information for troubleshooting
- Answer frequently asked questions and redirect users to appropriate resources
- Assist cross-functional team members and escalate tickets as necessary
Required Qualifications
- One to two years of experience in customer support within the software industry
- Technical aptitude with experience in databases such as Postgres or MySQL and knowledge of SQL syntax
- Experience with AWS Console, GitHub, and JIRA
- Familiarity with manipulating large data files using Linux command tools
- Bachelor's Degree
