Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage incoming tickets to determine urgency, categorize them, and gather information for troubleshooting
  • Answer frequently asked questions and redirect users to appropriate resources
  • Assist cross-functional team members and escalate tickets as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • One to two years of experience in customer support within the software industry
  • Technical aptitude with experience in databases such as Postgres or MySQL and knowledge of SQL syntax
  • Experience with AWS Console, GitHub, and JIRA
  • Familiarity with manipulating large data files using Linux command tools
  • Bachelor's Degree
