Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Build trust with customers by responding quickly and accurately to requests for assistance
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting issues related to the platform via email, phone, or chat
- Enhance user experience by guiding customers through features and functionalities of the platform
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of customer support experience, preferably in an Enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) company
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and fostering long-term client relationships
- Ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion with minimal oversight
- Familiarity with the integration of merge tags in Microsoft Office applications is desirable
