A company is looking for a Call Center Customer Support Representative to assist pet owners with missing pets.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from pet owners seeking assistance with lost pets
• Calm and reassure callers while collecting accurate information
• Guide pet owners through the process of reuniting with their pets

Required Qualifications

• Previous call center experience is required
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to attend on-site training in Tulsa
• Reliable attendance and ability to pass a drug screen and background check
