Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative for a hybrid contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first line support to Outfitters via CRM and phone, ensuring timely responses to inquiries
- Facilitate member reservations and support member bookings while maintaining accurate data
- Assist internal teams with data entry and other ad-hoc projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Customer service experience required
- Availability to work nights and weekends as scheduled
- Ability to understand and follow process flows while seeking improvements
- High performer with initiative and ability to build rapport with customers and team members
