Customer Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative for a hybrid contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first line support to Outfitters via CRM and phone, ensuring timely responses to inquiries
• Facilitate member reservations and support member bookings while maintaining accurate data
• Assist internal teams with data entry and other ad-hoc projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Availability to work nights and weekends as scheduled
• Ability to understand and follow process flows while seeking improvements
• High performer with initiative and ability to build rapport with customers and team members
