Job Summary

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience and/or strong knowledge of the education sector is a plus
  • Background in customer service or customer success is helpful
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Google Suite is beneficial
