Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer support inquiries via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide clear guidance or escalate to the appropriate team
  • Accurately log customer interactions and identify trends to improve product and support services
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer support role in a SaaS or technology organization
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/support ticketing tools
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time
  • Experience in or with the wholesale distribution or construction industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing tasks
