Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Customer Support Representative to provide primary support to customers using their products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Receives inbound client inquiries via phone, web chat, email, and online ticket
- Creates case logs, establishes resolution time, and follows up on issues
- Troubleshoots software application problems and guides clients to resolution
Qualifications & Requirements
- Associates/Bachelors strongly preferred
- Proficient PC skills, specifically in Windows and iOS environments
- Knowledge of mobile devices (Smartphones/iPads)
- Ability to document and track issues to timely resolution
- 1 year of PC desktop support or technical support experience preferred
