Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Support Representative to provide primary support to customers using their products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receives inbound client inquiries via phone, web chat, email, and online ticket
  • Creates case logs, establishes resolution time, and follows up on issues
  • Troubleshoots software application problems and guides clients to resolution
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Associates/Bachelors strongly preferred
  • Proficient PC skills, specifically in Windows and iOS environments
  • Knowledge of mobile devices (Smartphones/iPads)
  • Ability to document and track issues to timely resolution
  • 1 year of PC desktop support or technical support experience preferred
