Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receives and manages inbound client inquiries through various communication channels
  • Troubleshoots software issues and guides clients to timely resolutions
  • Creates case logs and escalates complex issues as necessary
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Associates/Bachelors strongly preferred
  • Proficient PC skills in Windows and IOS environments
  • Knowledge of mobile devices (Smartphones/iPads)
  • 1 year of PC desktop support or technical support experience with client contact preferred
  • PC certifications (A+, MCDST or MCST) are a plus
