Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Customer Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Receives and manages inbound client inquiries through various communication channels
- Troubleshoots software issues and guides clients to timely resolutions
- Creates case logs and escalates complex issues as necessary
Qualifications & Requirements
- Associates/Bachelors strongly preferred
- Proficient PC skills in Windows and IOS environments
- Knowledge of mobile devices (Smartphones/iPads)
- 1 year of PC desktop support or technical support experience with client contact preferred
- PC certifications (A+, MCDST or MCST) are a plus
