Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in customer support or customer success, preferably in a B2B environment
- Experience with lodging property management software is preferred
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and maintain professionalism during interactions
- Experience with customer support software and project management software is a plus
- A designated area in the home with limited distractions for a home office setup
