Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Support & Outreach Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional, empathetic service for inbound inquiries and conduct outbound educational outreach to healthcare professionals and community partners
- Triage safety-related calls and ensure proper documentation in CRM systems
- Meet performance metrics and complete additional assigned duties
Qualifications & Experience
- Associate degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare customer service, call center environments, or pharmaceutical detailing is strongly preferred
- Regular and reliable attendance is essential
- Must provide and maintain own equipment that meets specified requirements
