Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Support & Outreach Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional, empathetic service for inbound inquiries and conduct outbound educational outreach to healthcare professionals and community partners
  • Triage safety-related calls and ensure proper documentation in CRM systems
  • Meet performance metrics and complete additional assigned duties
Qualifications & Experience
  • Associate degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Experience in healthcare customer service, call center environments, or pharmaceutical detailing is strongly preferred
  • Regular and reliable attendance is essential
  • Must provide and maintain own equipment that meets specified requirements
