Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative - Tier II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Respond to customer and vendor inquiries via text, call, tickets, and emails
  • Handle escalated customer support concerns and manage relocations and swaps
Required Qualifications
  • 2 - 3 years of proven experience in customer support
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Experience in a customer-driven remote environment preferred
  • Solid technical/computer aptitude, including experience with multi-screen systems
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
