Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service and claims assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison to resolve customer issues and ensure contractor compliance with best practices
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications and assist with technical troubleshooting
- Train contractors and adjusters on products and assist with catastrophe events as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Two years of customer service experience
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills
