Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service and claims assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison to resolve customer issues and ensure contractor compliance with best practices
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications and assist with technical troubleshooting
  • Train contractors and adjusters on products and assist with catastrophe events as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • Two years of customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills
