Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalated customer concerns and inquiries

Required Qualifications
  • Two to four years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
  • One year of experience taking ACD calls within a call center
  • Ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new information quickly
  • Proficiency in using multiple complex systems to support customer inquiries
