Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support 2 representative to provide education and assistance to internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for complex customer concerns and inquiries
- Utilize in-depth knowledge to guide customers toward solutions and maintain organized correspondence
- Document performance opportunities and assist in complaint monitoring and technical issue identification
Required Qualifications
- Two to four years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
- One year of experience taking ACD calls in a call center
- Ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly to new information
- Proficiency in using multiple complex systems to support customers
