Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support 2 representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide education and assistance to internal and external customers with minimal supervision
- Address complex and escalated customer concerns and respond to inquiries via telephone or written communication
- Identify trends and communicate with business partners to suggest corrections or solutions
Required Qualifications and Education
- Two to four years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
- One year of experience taking ACD calls within a call center
- Ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with multiple complex systems to support customer inquiries
