Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to handle client and vendor account inquiries and service issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to incoming service-related issues and questions, providing answers and resolving waste service issues
  • Works collaboratively with waste hauling vendors to coordinate service orders and resolve issues
  • Manages internal work activity reports and updates client and vendor data within internal systems
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
