Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to handle client and vendor account inquiries and service issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to incoming service-related issues and questions, providing answers and resolving waste service issues
- Works collaboratively with waste hauling vendors to coordinate service orders and resolve issues
- Manages internal work activity reports and updates client and vendor data within internal systems
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
