Job Summary
A company is looking for a Representative, Support Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides service support to members and/or providers through various communication channels
- Conducts surveys related to health assessments and member/provider satisfaction
- Accurately documents member or provider inquiries and follows up on their needs
Required Qualifications
- Up to 1 year of customer service, call center, and/or sales experience or equivalent education
- Data processing experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
- Ability to establish and maintain positive work relationships with coworkers and customers
