Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative in the EST Time Zone (100% remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines and standards
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide excellent customer support through email and phone
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and collaborate with the customer support team to improve processes
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience or educational background in journalism, social sciences, media, or a related discipline
  • Previous experience in a customer support or call center role
  • Strong understanding of content moderation best practices
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Native or proficiency in English (C1)
