Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Responds to customer inquiries promptly and in a clear, friendly manner
- Handles inbound support across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Uses product knowledge and critical thinking to research and troubleshoot customer issues effectively
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or additional education preferred
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in software or SaaS support
- Knowledge of Freshdesk or similar ticketing systems preferred
- Comfortable using multiple web-based systems simultaneously
- Reliable with strong time management and accountability
