Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative (Part-time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to customer inquiries promptly and in a clear, friendly manner
  • Handles inbound support across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Uses product knowledge and critical thinking to research and troubleshoot customer issues effectively
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or additional education preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in software or SaaS support
  • Knowledge of Freshdesk or similar ticketing systems preferred
  • Comfortable using multiple web-based systems simultaneously
  • Reliable with strong time management and accountability
