Job Summary

Required Qualifications

- Ability to manage high-stakes, time-sensitive inquiries with professionalism
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for sports, sports gaming, and technology
- Experience with customer support tools like Zendesk and Intercom
- Must be located in the EST, CST, MST, or PST time zones
