Job Summary
Customer Support Representative is a temporary full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, focused on outbound sales and customer inquiries while collaborating with the Contact Centre Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Call existing customers to drive repeat business
- Answer customer inquiries and manage information using internal data systems
- Collaborate with the Contact Centre Team to implement project initiatives and meet deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of call centre experience
- Sales experience is an asset
- Proficient in computer literacy
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Bilingualism in English/Spanish is an asset
