Job Summary

Customer Support Representative, a full-time remote position responsible for providing comprehensive customer support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience across virtual care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for members and clients, delivering customer support with empathy and efficiency
  • Manage and maintain assigned work queues, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues
  • Document customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns effectively
Required Qualifications
  • Solid understanding of medical terminology and basic healthcare operations
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding personal health information
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer support or technical support
  • Prior experience in a call center or medical office setting is preferred
