Job Summary
Customer Support Representative, responsible for providing multi-channel support to customers in a remote, full-time role, guiding them through health insurance decisions and resolving inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide potential customers through the online shopping experience for health insurance
- Resolve administrative and billing questions promptly and effectively
- Document customer interactions using industry-leading support tools
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of high-volume call center experience in a remote, startup environment
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems
- Ability to work a consistent schedule of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday
- A genuine passion for helping people and supporting small business owners
- Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask across various tools
