Job Summary

Providing primary customer support, the full-time Customer Support Representative will assist clients with inquiries and technical issues related to products and solutions, working remotely during assigned shifts between 8am EST and 10pm EST.

Key responsibilities
  • Receives and manages inbound client inquiries via phone, web chat, email, and online ticketing systems
  • Creates case logs, documents customer information, and escalates complex issues as necessary
  • Troubleshoots software problems and guides clients through technical resolutions
Required qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Proficient PC skills, particularly in Windows and iOS environments
  • Familiarity with mobile devices such as smartphones and iPads
  • Ability to document and track issues to ensure timely resolutions
  • One year of experience in PC desktop support or technical support with client contact preferred
