Job Summary

Providing education and assistance to internal and external customers, the full-time remote Customer Support Representative will address complex inquiries, manage escalated concerns, and utilize in-depth knowledge of products and services to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for complex customer concerns and inquiries, ensuring appropriate resolutions
  • Identify and analyze trends in customer interactions, communicating findings to business partners for necessary improvements
  • Maintain current knowledge of policies and procedures to provide accurate information and support to customers
Required qualifications
  • Two to four years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
  • One year of experience taking ACD calls within a call center setting
  • Ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated effective written communication skills for customer correspondence
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple complex systems to extract necessary information for customer support
