Job Summary

To support a growing software company, the full-time Customer Support Representative will handle client inquiries, troubleshoot product-related questions, and provide training via phone, email, and live chat in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage client inquiries by identifying issues and providing effective resolutions
  • Document client interactions and issues in Salesforce while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge

Required qualifications:

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and hardware
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
