Job Summary
To support a growing software company, the full-time Customer Support Representative will handle client inquiries, troubleshoot product-related questions, and provide training via phone, email, and live chat in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries by identifying issues and providing effective resolutions
- Document client interactions and issues in Salesforce while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and advocate for solutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred
- 0-5 years of experience in a customer service-related role
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and hardware
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Reliable internet service provider
