Job Summary
As a full-time Customer Support Representative working remotely, the successful candidate will provide world-class support to customers, ensuring their success with the Fieldguide platform by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and enhancing user experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Build trust with customers by responding quickly and accurately to requests for assistance
- Provide technical support to resolve issues related to the Fieldguide platform via email, phone, or chat
- Guide customers through platform features and functionalities, offering best practices for optimal use
Required qualifications:
- 1 - 3 years of customer support experience, preferably in an Enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
- Hands-on experience in a high-growth startup
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and fostering long-term client relationships
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take ownership of projects with minimal direction or oversight
