Job Summary

To support parents using our learning platform, the full-time Customer Support Representative will assist families over Google Meet with technical issues and program inquiries while providing reliable coverage in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Help parents over video by listening to their problems and guiding them through solutions in plain language
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the platform and assist parents in resolving login problems
  • Answer questions from prospective families about the program and campus offerings
Required qualifications
  • Fluent, native English speaker with strong communication skills for video calls
  • Genuinely tech-savvy, comfortable with software and troubleshooting common tech issues
  • Patient and calm when dealing with frustrated or confused parents
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for video calls
  • U.S. work authorization and remote location within the United States
