Job Summary

Providing order management services to clients, the full-time Customer Support Representative will assist with order quoting, processing, fulfillment, and resolution of order issues while working remotely from Tennessee.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage order quoting, processing, and fulfillment to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and resolve order issues and processing errors effectively
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to identify and implement support delivery improvements
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of related experience in customer support or order management
  • Basic knowledge of job processes and tools acquired through work experience
  • Ability to communicate information that requires explanation or interpretation
  • Experience collaborating with teams to achieve short-term goals
  • Willingness to develop knowledge and skills through training and work experience
