Job Summary
Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, the full-time Customer Support Representative will manage communications via phone, email, and chat, while handling order status questions and sample submissions remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, sample submissions, and results
- Manage sample orders and perform account updates using Salesforce and internal systems
- Assist with routine administrative tasks and escalate complex issues as necessary
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in customer service or an office setting strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
- Experience with Salesforce preferred but not required
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally with a customer-centric approach
