Job Summary

Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, the full-time Customer Support Representative will manage communications via phone, email, and chat, while handling order status questions and sample submissions remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, sample submissions, and results
  • Manage sample orders and perform account updates using Salesforce and internal systems
  • Assist with routine administrative tasks and escalate complex issues as necessary
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in customer service or an office setting strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred but not required
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally with a customer-centric approach
