Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service remotely, the full-time Gaggle Support Representative will assist K-12 schools by resolving technical issues through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Key responsibilities:
  • Resolve technical problems reported by customers via phone, email, and live chat
  • Analyze customer system setups and educate customers on Gaggle services and resources
  • Provide ongoing support to assigned customers during service implementation
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Proven customer-first attitude and a friendly, positive demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and document customer issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work full-time with flexibility to meet customer needs
