Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Support Representative will manage customer support and order management throughout the lifecycle of orders, including resolving issues through various communication channels and handling escalated concerns.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service through calls, emails, and tickets
  • Manage relocations and swaps while functioning as a liaison to Accounts Receivable
  • Handle escalated customer support concerns to ensure satisfaction
Required qualifications:
  • 2 - 3 years of proven experience in customer support
  • Experience in a customer-driven remote environment preferred
  • Solid technical/computer aptitude, including the use of multi-screen systems
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
