As a full-time remote Customer Support Representative, the successful candidate will deliver friendly and knowledgeable support via phone, email, and chat, guiding pool professionals through product features and troubleshooting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional phone, email, and chat support to customers
  • Assist customers with product features, troubleshooting, and best practices
  • Collaborate with Product, Success, and Engineering teams to address feedback and resolve issues
Required qualifications
  • Experience in customer support, technical support, or billing support
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Tech-savviness with the ability to quickly learn new tools
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9:30am - 6:00PM CDT
  • Clear and confident communication skills
