Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare SaaS company, the full-time Customer Support Representative will provide high-quality solutions to customer inquiries, manage expectations, and collaborate with internal teams, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely solutions to customer support requests, typically responding to 10-20 tickets per day
- Manage customer expectations and ensure clear, actionable resolutions while minimizing business disruptions
- Collaborate with internal teams to document and streamline support procedures and share best practices
Required Qualifications
- Some experience in technical customer service or a help desk role, preferably in a start-up SaaS environment
- Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
- Experience with computer programming or help desk support, including live chat and email responses
- Familiarity with Zendesk is desirable
- Ability to work remotely across multiple time zones
