Job Summary

Seeking a part-time hourly Customer Support Representative, the ideal candidate will assist customers with inquiries about clothing, handle exchanges and returns, and communicate effectively through various channels in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information to customers regarding clothing, fit, and style
• Assist with exchanges, returns, and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Communicate with customers via email, live chat, and phone calls in a fast-paced manner

Required qualifications

• Strong passion for product knowledge and customer service
• Experience with customer support and ecommerce software, such as Shopify and Zendesk, is a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet
• Strong computer skills and organizational abilities
