Job Summary
To support a growing team, the part-time Customer Support Representative will manage incoming calls, answer customer inquiries, and collaborate with the Contact Centre Team while working remotely in Ontario, Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Function as an expediter of all incoming calls and answer customer inquiries
- Work closely with the Contact Centre Team to implement project initiatives and ensure task deadlines are met
- Accurately manage customer information utilizing internal data systems and communicate details to Franchisees
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of call centre experience
- Bilingualism in English/Spanish and/or French is an asset
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Experience in sales is an asset
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus but not required
