Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time Customer Support Representative will manage incoming calls, answer customer inquiries, and collaborate with the Contact Centre Team while working remotely in Ontario, Canada.

Key responsibilities
  • Function as an expediter of all incoming calls and answer customer inquiries
  • Work closely with the Contact Centre Team to implement project initiatives and ensure task deadlines are met
  • Accurately manage customer information utilizing internal data systems and communicate details to Franchisees
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of call centre experience
  • Bilingualism in English/Spanish and/or French is an asset
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Experience in sales is an asset
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus but not required
