Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time remote Customer Support Representative will assist students and instructors with troubleshooting, administrative tasks, and general inquiries, primarily through email and occasional Zoom calls for VIP customers.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-volume customer support queue by prioritizing, documenting, and resolving various inquiries
  • Investigate customer issues by reviewing account records, course enrollment, and payment history
  • Monitor ticket volume and recurring issues to maintain service levels and identify process improvements
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, IT, or a related field
  • Proficiency in either C, C++, Python, or Java
  • Foundational troubleshooting skills, including the ability to gather relevant information and follow procedures
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple inquiries effectively
  • Ability to identify recurring issues and collaborate with teams to document and escalate them
