Job Summary

Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in related field (Bachelor's preferred)
  • Experience in K12, higher education, or EdTech
  • Experience with school and district terminology and hierarchy
  • 1-3 years of customer-facing technology/data support experience
  • Knowledge of Excel formulas, order of operations, and data types
