Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Senior Associate to join their Customer Support team on a fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact directly with customers via chat, email, and phone to provide an effective Pleo experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to internal teams as necessary
  • Provide feedback on product development based on customer insights and contribute to the knowledge base
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, as well as Danish or German
  • Experience in providing high-touch customer support through various channels
  • Experience with support tools such as FreshWorks, Intercom, or Zendesk
  • Background in accounting, bookkeeping, financial technology, or relevant SaaS products
  • A persistent and analytical approach to problem-solving
