Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Senior Associate to join their Customer Support team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via chat, email, and phone to provide an effective and enjoyable experience

Required Qualifications

- Experience with support tools such as FreshWorks, Intercom, or Zendesk
- Background in accounting, bookkeeping, financial technology, or relevant SaaS products
