Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer support calls and provide product troubleshooting and support
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and support ticketing system in a timely manner
- Educate customers on how to use Mycase/LawPay/CPACharge products and document issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
- Knowledge of Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, or similar programs
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows
- Must be able to answer inbound support calls daily
