Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer support calls and provide product troubleshooting and support
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and support ticketing system in a timely manner
  • Educate customers on how to use Mycase/LawPay/CPACharge products and document issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
  • Knowledge of Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, or similar programs
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows
  • Must be able to answer inbound support calls daily
