Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative who will manage the customer experience post-launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new customers
  • Provide elevated support during the post-migration Hypercare period and manage issue resolution
  • Offer ongoing customer support and document customer interactions
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer-facing support or training roles, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with issue-tracking and support ticketing tools
  • Organized and process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple customers at different lifecycle stages
  • Experience with the climbing industry or Rock Gym Pro is a plus
