Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative who will manage the customer experience post-launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new customers
- Provide elevated support during the post-migration Hypercare period and manage issue resolution
- Offer ongoing customer support and document customer interactions
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing support or training roles, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Familiarity with issue-tracking and support ticketing tools
- Organized and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple customers at different lifecycle stages
- Experience with the climbing industry or Rock Gym Pro is a plus
